EPSO, the European Commission's department in charge of enroling new employees, needed to rebuild an internal tool managing the marking of competitions.
During a few months, Patrick van Male manages the project and the requirments of this need.
The CSEM (Conseil Supérieur de l'Education aux Médias), owned by the "Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles", wanted to entirely rebuild its website, in order to get a mobile-compliant website in Web Responsive Design, including the possibility for its members to upload video or audio materials.
CSEM had the human ressource needed for the project, but no experience in such IT project. That's why they asked get-IT-done to coach them abroad the full project, from requirements to stakeholders to launch and closure of the project.
The project was a full success.
Due to a good internal growth, www.3starsnet.be, active in VOIP, had to rebuild its entire software infrastructure, including helpdesk, CRM, ERP.
Because of lack of time, 3Starsnet asked get-IT-done to manage the requirement analysis, write the Request for Proposal and follow the supplier, which has been done with UML diagrams.
Euroconsumer (called "Test-Achats" in Belgium) had many projects in parallel to manage. Because of lack of time, they asked get-IT-done to help them on Business analysis & It project management for their website.
